I was born and raised in Bemidji, MN. I have a 12 year old son that definitely keeps me on the go and on my toes. I grew up in the country and have been around farming and ranching most of my life and enjoy everything that goes along with it. I have worked and managed a seed plant and cleaning facility in Fosston, MN, for 6 years. One thing people may not know about me is I enjoy team roping, riding and working with young horses.
The thing I like most about Thunder Seed is, it truly is a family owned and ran company. We strive for the best quality in our products, and the people we work with, and every employee is involved with the day to day operations from bagging seed to delivering and customer service.
One of my favorite soybean varieties is the 8903 Xtend, it can handle all different soil types and really shines compared to other 03 varieties. On the corn side, the 6983VT2P really does well in and out of zone for my territory, it handles most soil types and yields are very good.
I have had a lot of great and fun experiences as a dealer and DSM from crop tours to dealer kick offs and just the one on one relationships I have developed over the years working with Thunder Seed.
