Over the past few years, Matt has overseen tremendous growth in soybean sales as well as the addition of corn and corn-silage seed varieties. His diverse business experience includes more than 10 years in the ag industry and nearly 15 years running his own chiropractic clinic.
Larry Mueller, Executive Sales Director
An agronomist by trade, Larry also has 20 years of experience as a seed sales representative. As Thunder Seed expands into new markets, his role is vital in facilitating growth while ensuring we continue to deliver superior customer service.
Crystal Adams, Chief Operating Officer
Crystal gained valuable experience living on a farm her whole life and honed her marketing skills as vice president of a bank for more than 12 years. She coordinates dealer communication and develops marketing strategies to evolve the Thunder Seed brand and provide unmatched service to customers and dealers.
Krista Kappes, Customer Service Rep
From a young age, Krista has loved agriculture. This passion for agriculture is carried into her role as the Thunder Seed customer service representative. Krista will use her skills to develop grower and dealer relationships as part of the sales, marketing and service department.
Joan Dahlin, Operations Director
Joan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Thunder Seed and brings more than 30 years of administrative/ management experience to the role. She organizes and coordinates office functions and manages a full range of administrative and operational duties.
Jeff puts his 25 years of seed industry experience to use managing all corn production issues, inventory and packaging. He also manages communication with customers.
Derek graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in agricultural economics. He is in charge of educating farmers and dealers and helping them select the Thunder Seed varieties they are best suited to grow and sell.
Erick’s experience is as diverse as it is extensive. He’s done everything from crop advising to seed sales to cultivating dealer relationships. He’s also been a research technician in the Crop and Seed Science Department at North Dakota State University.
Travis supports Thunder Seed’s growing network of dealers and farmers in west central Minnesota and southwest North Dakota. He brings a wealth of agriculture knowledge and a strong belief in the product he’s selling, having worked on the family farm near Fergus Falls, Minnesota since he was a young boy, growing Thunder Seed corn, soybeans and wheat.
